Either you are an animal lover or an animal activist. You need to go to Dalseong Park. The reason I say so is, it’s a park where you can jog or just enjoying the great fall weather and also a park that has mini zoo. Dalseong park is located in the middle of the city and in the high ground. Therefore, the scenery during sunset is so great and no picture can do justice to it.
The animals are mostly in cage except for few of them. So, if you want to bring your child to see them for learning purposes, its totally free but it is kinda sad to see them in such condition. From what I see, some of the animals are caged alone. So, it is sad to see them but I acknowledged the fact that it is hard to take care a lot of them and charging nothing for the park so yeahhh
Another place to go when you are a bored exchange student (eh?), or you are an art lover or living for the museum kinda aesthetic (If that even a thing) is Daegu Public Art Museum. They will have 3 exhibitions and the exhibitions (by floor) will continuously changing according to the duration of the exhibitions. When we went there, they only have 2 exhibitions because another one is changing to another exhibition.
Tell me which exhibition that you like more? The fee is only 1000krw but dont I look like Im about to buy every painting? haha
Hope you can see more of Daegu through my post.
