Normally day 1 is where you settled down with the whole guesthouse, hotel or Airbnb. Talking about that, if you are new to Airbnb you can sign up using my referral link and get up to RM125+ discount of your first reservation. I would suggest for you to stay at Haeundae. During our first trip to Busan, we are staying at Busan’s city hall, which is quite empty and quiet, a little bit secluded but not in Haeundae. Therefore, in this post, our accommodation would be in Haeundae market.

Haeundae market could be quite small but it has almost every seafood Busan has to offer. You can walk through it to compare prices as most of the restaurants offer almost the same menu. Here you can see the infamous raw octopus everywhere.

These two places that will consume a lot of energy and a lot of time. It is recommended to not put these two together in one day because there will be a lot of walking.

Gamcheon Culture Village

Gamcheon Culture Village

Gamcheon Culture Village; 1 hour and 20 minutes away by bus. Jagalchi market is near to Gamcheon Culture village, approximately 24 minutes away by bus. Here is also where you can indulge Busan’s seafood. The price stated might not be the real price, so it is better to ask the waiter/waitress there.

Gamcheon Culture Village at night

Taejongdae; 1 hour and 17 minutes away by bus. Do eat at Taejongdae nearby restaurant but most restaurant in Korea have rules, especially the minimum order. So, it is normal if you cant order a portion of 4 for 6 people. There is also a place to eat seafood below the Taejongdae observatory. The best place to eat if we disregard the price haha

Then, we have places with a little bit less walking and great great view.

Oryukdo Skywalk

Oryukdo Skywalk; 55 minutes away by bus. The skywalk here is free haha in case you are wondering.

Haedong Yonggungsa

Haedong Yonggungsa; 45 minutes away by bus. It claims to be the most beautiful temple in South Korea ! You can have great view and buy few souvenirs from this temple.

Busan beaches

Haeundae beach; 3 minutes away by walking.

Gwangali beach; 40 minutes away by bus.

  4. Long time reader, first time commenter — so, thought I’d drop a comment..

    — and at the same time ask for a favor.

Your wordpress site is very simplistic – hope you don’t mind me asking what theme
you’re using? (and don’t mind if I steal it? :P)

I just launched my small businesses site –also built in wordpress like yours– but
the theme slows (!) the site down quite a bit.

In case you have a minute, you can find it by searching for “royal cbd” on Google (would appreciate any feedback)

Keep up the good work– and take care of yourself during the coronavirus scare!
